Day 27

Scripture:

"Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." (James 1:2-4)

Content:

As we pray together and strive to improve the ministry of the church, we will try new approaches, which means we will inevitably face opposition and even failures. However, God calls us to remain joyful even in failure. His will is to refine our hearts, slowly adjusting our direction so that we may achieve future success. God uses failure to shape our character so that when success comes, we will remain humble and give Him the glory. Therefore, let us resolve to persevere and become a church that continues to strive forward, unafraid of failure.

Prayer: Praying to Overcome the Fear of Failure

Dear Jesus, fill us with Your Holy Spirit so that we may persist in serving You, even when circumstances become difficult or discouraging. Help us not to lose heart, for we are willing to follow the plan You have prepared for us. Even when things do not go as we wish, help us remain united. Amen!
