Day 37

Scripture:

"Then the church throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria enjoyed a time of peace and was strengthened. Living in the fear of the Lord and encouraged by the Holy Spirit, it increased in numbers." (Acts 9:31)

Message:

Churches need to support one another, just as fruit trees benefit from being planted near each other. We should not only seek the growth of our own church but also desire the health and growth of other churches, so we can all bear fruit for the Lord.

Remember, the churches around us are not our competition; we share the same mission. Although different churches may have theological differences and varying ways of worship, Jesus Christ is their Savior just as He is ours. That makes them our brothers and sisters in faith. Let us be a church that prays for and supports other churches.

Prayer: Praying for Churches to Care for One Another

Lord Jesus, help us recognize the importance of every church in our community. Like us, they are faithfully serving You. Grant us humble hearts so that we may serve without pride or superiority. Help us not to focus only on our own needs but also to encourage, affirm, and support other churches in our community. Amen!
